With the departures of Orlandi, Hoskins and Sexy Pete, we are a bit lacking in the eye candy department at present.

My favourite albion player in a long time. Always seemed to have time for everyone, had the smoothest touch I've ever seen and studied for a law degree in his spare him...Most pro footballers could learn a thing or two from him.

Gracious and dignified response from a bloke who seems like a top fella and didn't seem to cause any grief on or off the pitch. Good luck, mate. Still quality, when fit.

(Best of luck to all of them, frankly - regardless of one's feelings for individual players within it, this squad is still absolutely incomparable against some of the players we saw during the 90s, for example. So I wish them all the best.)

Really, really like Orlandi. Unfortunately with FFP we can't afford to carry any passengers and looking at his injury prone past and number of games played last season it was the correct decision in my opinion. Best of luck to him and I hope he can find a local club so he doesn't have to move.

When fit he was absolute quality. Sad to see him go, would have liked to given him another season.

Orlandi was on TalkSport t'other day discussing El Classico, he was thoughtful and articulate and gave the impression that he was very clever compared to the average footballer.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
If i'm ever in court, no matter the heinousness of my wrongdoing, i will call on that unblemishable prince to defend me. The merest touch from that saint without wings will have me deemed innocent and go on to a live a life i'm little but a help to all. I'll miss him and his nutmegs.

That's dignity. That's a role model.

I'm sure he'll do well for himself in whatever he chooses to do.
