Every bounce of the ball went there way

I think like that when things are not going our way and I did comment on it a number of times last night. Could it be our frustrated bias?

Unlike most of last season I don’t come out of pretty well every game thinking “when the feck are we going to get the rub of the green?”

We have got it most games so far this season

In a word ‘weak’. And as for helping Zaha up after one of his petulant sit downs, I ran of expletives

I saw it that we were too slow to loose balls and second balls.

Bissouma's not just quick on his feet he's quick of mind. He anticipates and that why he's just always in position to challenge for the ball.

Marriner was fine in my eyes. We've had loads worse.

Interesting enough this countdown - http://gregnk.com/2038/ - not only shows the time left until the Year 2038 problem but also when Gross and Lallana are expected to arrive at their midfield opponents to put down some pressure.

Biss being absent clearly affected how we went about Winning the ball back. they definitely had the rub of the green in how the ball dropped to them

How much longer will it be until someone gets badly hurt from the “letting the game flow” mantra? The tackles going unpunished seem to be getting a bit worse. I still can’t believe ward on Welbeck was not even a foul for studs up at knee. Amazing.

Poor. We were awful but he gave every 50/50 their way and was very card happy with us.

He played better than we did.

We got away with a point last night, and we know it. They were at it from the first minute and we kind of woke up in the second half.
I don’t think we have much to complain about, but it feels a bit like karma after they burgled us last season, twice!

.............. recognising their time wasting and how long Guaita took to take the kick in the first place.

and it was pure timewasting ,
when watching the replay noticed that he landed on his right side and yet was feigning an injury to his (untouched )left shoulder , if only hed concentrated on playing the game honestly , lol

Typical spineless homer - thought the one at Brentford was the same.

Is it me, or was anyone else surprised that more wasn't made of Andersen fully throwing Maupay to the ground in the box? I get the whistle had gone, but united were awarded a penalty after the final whistle (sorry to bring it up)....

I thought Marriner reffed the game well.

On another day Cucurella could have been yellow carded for his push on Gallagher in the area immediately before Trossard's challenge then a second yellow for his lunge on the same player for which he did get booked.

I agree. I didn't give the ref a moment's consideration yesterday. Didn't agree with some decisions, but so it goes.

For an incident before the final whistle, wasn't it?
