Am I the only one that remembers his interview with Andy Naylor for the Athletic when Andone went out on loan where he was slagging off the Albion? Caused a big fuss on here at the time.

Stupid interview by immature player. He is older and hopefully wiser now. It’s GP’s job to manage the situation. No point in holding grudges if he can be incorporated successfully back into the squad.

Would be a really good addition to the attacking lineup, as an addition to Maupay or competition for Maupay and/or AC . Bit of fire in his belly...if we could control it.....another option.

It's that sort of logic and reasonableness which has got people banned in the past.

Can't wait to see if he has anything to offer. Really liked him before and genuinely feel he (was) better than Maupay.

He is under contract, paid by us. If, he is fit then we would be mad not to play him.

If he wants to leave, then after the injury he has had he needs to score goals and make other clubs notice. A win for the Albion.

It might also be, that after his injury...which could have ended his career, he might have reflected on things.

Always poor from the start .. hence why he never kept his place.

Only scored one goal from a start if I remember other 3 all off the bench.

More effective option than Connolly though I’d argue.
