Keane - Hopes and Fears??

How's that work?

Seriously, there have been so many better albums out this year than that piece of arse. Guess who came second, go on go on.

That's right, Robbie f***ing Williams and his 'Greatest' Hits.

What is the world coming to?

Since when has "biggest selling" record had any connection to whether it was any or good or not? If that were true we'd all have to confess to liking Westlife and the Spice Girls.

You're not wrong there, I just thought there were a lot better albums out this year. I suppose Keane are pretty inoffensive though so would be expected to shift a few copies.

Better Keane than Robbie WIlliams

In fact better Keane than a lot of bands. I think that album is excellent.

I thought the Keane album was ok certainly not the best this year but at least it kept that C*nt Williams form being the best seller.

It shows how boring this country's music taste has become that they go and buy such safe, soulless shite.
Music's actually supposed to make care and feel something, i really can't believ anyone could feel passionately towards that band

Wouldn't go that far but it is a VERY disappointing album. I'm fed up with that Travis/Keane/etc durge.

All very dull.

Whatever floats your boat, a couple of there tracks make the hairs on my neck stand up so it makes me feel something !
There arent many tracks that make me do that.

 why are they soulless? what's your definition of soulful music?

Personally I feel abslutely NOTHING when listening to Keane, there is very little substance to it.
