I think that at the moment the tactics can be summarised as "Announce a player infected with CV-19 every 1-2 weeks".

I can think of a couple who may be tempted to do that.
As #BarberOut says, he'd expect every club's CEO to fight primarily for the good of their club rather than the league they happen to be in, still less the "good of the game".
If I were an employee or shareholder of a club, I'd expect no less.
