The only downside was having to queue outside the phonebox for 45 minutes, waiting for some girlie's relationship crisis to be resolved. And, of course, you could only listen in to one side of the story.

Never got through in less than five minutes myself, but that said I rarely if ever get an Indian, nearly always a Scot or a Cork langer...

I tell you something for nothing...I don't know if anyone has had to deal with PRODIRECTSOCCER for football items, boots, footballs etc etc but I had to phone their customer services as I needed to exchange an item I had been sent. HOWEVER, I was put on hold. This didn't matter though, as because whilst I waited, must've been about 7-8 minutes, there wasn't some shitty music tone to listen to, but a pre-recorded football match. Think it was Liverpool vs. Newcastle from 1996, you know the 4-3 one. Was fantastic and I didnt mind holding on so long.
