No way would I do it, not even for 50mil. Not because I haven't 'got the balls', but because I love life too much to take that kind of gamble. You could win the 5mil and still be utterly miserable for the rest of your life.

I'm sure most of those who say they'd do it wouldn't in the real event. We're hard-wired to try and stay alive no matter what. That means you have to overcome not just your fear of dying, but also every single survival instinct you have.

Would need to be more than 5 mil to tempt me.

Why, what difference would it make. You can't live much better on £10m than you can on £5.

I would suggest anyone who has thinks their life is so bad that this money would make a difference, I imagine having the money won't make you any happier. Quite sad anyone would think of doing it, even if it is hypothetical. Now, taking a bullet to save someone else, I can understand, but not for money.

Obviously you can live comfortably on 5 Mil but I would want to live extravagantly for risking my life.

After a nice big, modern house with pool etc, a few expensive cars, a big yacht, it won't leave you much. Money just means different things to different people doesn't it.

I would like to say yes, as I always feel like quite a lucky person when It comes down to a little gamble. But realistically the thought of wasting my life to become rich seems so selfish. If I lost though, I couldn't bare to imagine how much pain my family would go through.

Final answer, No, but will always live my life thinking "hhmmm what if.."

You were offered the chance to get £5 million by playing Russian Roulette.

A six chamber gun with one bullet. You hold the gun to your head and pull the trigger.

  • If you get the bullet, you are dead.
  • If you don't get the bullet, you walk away with £5m.

So a 5/6 chance of being a multi-millionaire, but a possibility of paying the ultimate price.

No chance and anyone that says yes perhaps needs to take a good hard look at themselves. This shit aint even funny. Life? Ask any dying multi millionaire what they would give for another day with their family.
