It's quite tricky to show 4 different sides of the same object, in one photo.
Yet another use of the pyramid grater

At last after two weeks ... a thread finally worth reading - thank you Stat Brother - I hope you have a fantastic weekend... gawd bless you
The Big (Cheese)Board...?This sort of thread is exactly why we need NSC.
That also can double up as a soft cheese grater Stat.
I can comfortably state that the thread title isn't an over exaggeration, if anything I've under sold it.
At lunchtime today I grated the cheese from the left hand side narrow grater, rather than the accepted front.
After 40+ years of front end grateation, I took the leap and will now never look back.
The amount of cheese wasted through front end grating must be cow loads.
Liberate your grater, save cheese, less cowage, reduce methane production, save the planet.
Maybe if you're not cooking with it, which I frequently am.I will be publishing my doctorate on the subject, but I'll try and explain it for the layman.
Big heavy strips of grater expectorant require more cheese to provide an obvious cheese filling.
The LEFT HAND SIDE (it's very important we get this correct people) expectorant is finer cheese threads so provides bulkier cheeseness without the weight.
F-offWill this work with lactose-free cheese?
Your oven is too hot.Maybe if you're not cooking with it, which I frequently am.
And to those mourning the passing of the rotary grater, you can still get them, although mostly in plastic nowadays.
Grater appreciation can do that to a man.Literally changed my life.
