The store opens 9am, ticket office not sure 9.30?

I think it's 9.30am, but expect to queue on the phone for about 45 minutes.

Yep 45 mins about right, currently queue position 7 after about 25 mins, holding out for forest tickets, fingers crossed!!!

Good luck! Was on the phone for 57 minutes on Saturday and I was only the 14th in the queue!

I got there at 10 and managed to get Forest tkts ok.

Walked in at 9.45 this morning (AMEX) and got served straight away and 5 other staff all on the phones selling tickets.
