After checking my CC statement all is well with my deposit but I have found 10 transactions for Xbox Live for nearly £350....and I don't even own an Xbox....I don't usually check my statements but am very glad i bothered!!

I actually got a call from the fraud dept of my CC company on the day I paid mine and my sons deposits. Just to check that two identical payments were correct,(i.e.one me, one son). So some people are on the ball!

This happened to my girlfriend on friday, she had been charged twice for two tickets. She was told the payment hadn't gone through when paying with her card when it had, second time they put her card through, it worked. Club really need to sort this problem out with their systems!

This happened to my girlfriend too. She was asked to come along to the club shop with her bank statement to prove she had been charged twice. She refused to as it was their error and got them to sort it out straight away.
