Construction in Qatar is built on blood money.

Yet again you're wrong quoting an article and describing it as blood money..."Blood money may refer to: Blood money (restitution), money paid to the next of kin of a murder victim as a fine; Thirty pieces of silver, in the New Testament, the price for which*..."
Now again I have first hand experience of working in the Middle East. I worked in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain 79-84 for Aramco and DHL. Anyone can perish from the heat if they're not physically fit. I was 26-31 years old and could well have perished myself when I suffered a tyre blowout on the Abqaiq Highway which was known as a death road. Abqaiq was 40 miles from Dhahran my base and I regularly drove it to take wages and air tickets to our staff who were going on R&R. The road was a series of sand dunes and Mercedes trucks coming from the opposite direction would race each other and frequently you'd face two trucks side by side bearing down on you. On one occasion I had to pull off the road onto a "hard shoulder". My left rear tyre blew out and whilst reaching into the trunk for the spare my back gave way. The temperature around midday was around 50°c. I was told later that I'd been unconcious for three hours as when my back went I stumbled forward and cracked my head on the open driver's door. Anyhow I managed to get back into the driver's seat drink water and turn round back for Dhahran.
