I have received another e mail from PB saying that the original reply was sent en route to Derby and he had now read the thread, as he does if asked and gave a very detailed and acceptable explanation on the numbers and problems encountered. He obviously had read it because he mentioned Tom Hark and tim overwhelmed. So full credit to him, he is not just a faceless individual with no idea of what supporters want and expect.

Basically as a catering franchise if you haven't got pies ready for the start of the half-time rush, having had 40 or so minutes to prepare for that rush, then you should just fcku right off, cos you're no good to anyone
