With a lower crowd and the complaints coming from this board will the service be improved against wrexham????

:moo:

Yes.

Because Azure management are continuously walking the concourses, monitoring the situation, stepping in where they see issues arising, putting in corrective measures and talking to customers about their experiences.

Apparently.

So how many people encountered Azure management walking the concourses today? Were they monitoring the performance of the refreshment kiosks and asking for customer feedback with regard to the catering? Afterall, this is what their executives are doing on match days, supposedly.

Anyone?

Didn't see any but I did have an excellent pint of Harvey's with a veggy pie in WSL before the game and an equally excellent pint afterwards!

Joint a very long queue in wsu to get to the front to find out they had no pies. Ordered drinks anyway and decided I would come back at half time for a pie. Then when walking to my seat I went pass the next kiosk and which had no one queuing there and they had a full stock of pies. Why wasn't one of these managers telling people in the queue that they could get a pie and not queue if they go to the next kiosk. And I did see one but he didn't tell anyone this.

I must say that as somebody who doesnt like Harveys I have tried the Harveys Bright on sale at the Amex a couple of games ago as I like Fosters even less. I was pleasantly suprised as to how good it tasted, so much better than that which is served in most pubs. I do not know if they have changed the recipe for the brew, as only Harveys themslves would know this, or whether it is the fact that it is served bright but it definitely tastes better and I for one quite like it.
