If I were a betting man i'd put my money on EDF sponsoring the stadium. They are wanting to get big into Sport and already invovled with the London 2012 olympics.

I don't disagree with your statement.

Perhaps we ask CBRE to sponsor it, it could be called the Stadium of Natural Beauty.

Surely the Stadium of Outstanding Natural Beauty!

As for EDF, that isn't a bad shout actually. Bit embarrassing having a French company as sponsor, but I'd sooner their money than any yankee dollars

As an employee of Amex, I wouldn't be so sure if I were you about them not being involved.

The company is always looking for ways to promote, invest in, and support the local community in ways it hasn't done before to enhance the brand. When we were at the Goldstone, the company wasn't really that way inclined, but it has changed an incredible amount in the last 10 years, and I have a sneaky suspcision that they will get involved in some way.

Amex might get involved with some corporate hospitality but I cant see them going down the sponsorship/naming rights road. How about the stadium being named after a magazine like Nuts or Zoo, then the ground will always be known as the Theatre of Wet Dreams.

They're French and we upset French players.

NSC Gold! WE ought to employe someone full time to search the archives of the argus and nsc to bring to everyone's attention all those who got Falmer and Falmer related matters so badly wrong; when they were so certain they were right. Hubris, there's nothing quite like it.....:lolol:

Anyone reading the recent comments on this thread would think it was official the Amex are gonna be involved rather than an NSC rumour that's been picked up on.

Why does this keep getting touted over and over again? The way some people go on about it you'd think it was a done deal.

They are not going to get involved and we don't need them anyway.

Move along now

We don't need them anyway......

Money is money etc..

I will bounce this to ensure your forfeit is well publicised.
