One enables you to hook up with other bluetooth appliances and the other is a naff gadget.

My guess would be that they are 2 items from 2 different marketplace sellers, ie not Amazon themselves. Each item has it's own p&p (as coming from 2 different places).

The Amazon marketplace is full of companies selling supposedly very cheap non-branded electronic gizmos that they bump quite a high p&p onto.
