Just got back from the club shop from buying my jesters hat,T shirt & flags, I heard the girl from the ticket office tell the lady in the shop serving me that we still had 3000 tickets left :(

Is this because of the long journey to Cardiff & the extra cost of getting there & accomadation or has the fan base dropped off? I am quite upset that we have not sold out or am i worring to soon.

Maybe there will be a rush on Saturday. Heres hoping. :nono:

The journey has put a lot of people I know off.

The railways are having works on Sat between Burgess Hill and London,

Roadworks on M25 and all over the place.

No coaches or Mini Busses left to be hired in Sussex

Which leaves a 5hour car trip with parking a couple of miles from stadium.

And the games on Sky.

i think that youve got to look at where brighton is in comparison to bristol - bristol isnt that far away from cardiff, whereas it is an arse to get to from where we are.

i will be dissappointed if we dont sell out. but there are a lot of reasons for it. i think that a definite major factor is that my generation hasn't had a good chance to watch the team, for instance with gillingham and with the limited capacity at withdean, it's making it a lot easier to watch man u or chelsea

I couldn't give a monkeys if we were playing Cardiff at the Millennium. I'm disapointed.

3,000 left?

28,000 is still a heck of a lot!

I'm dissapointed as well, after the huge numbers sold over the first 2 days only a couple of thousand a day needed to be shifted during the rest of the week to sell out. As it became clear sales started to slump a more vigorous marketing strategy needed to be implemented (IMHO).

I think we will sell out.

The club shop is open until 8pm on Friday night and all day Saturday.

People will still make up their mind at the last minute.

Yes

We're off to football to enjoy ourselves. I had a jesters hat which lit up with flashing balls and wore it at Wrexham and both Swindon matches.

Some people enjoy themselves in one way and others another way.

Live and let live

Fair do's Yorkie, we're all different, and if people want to dress up like clowns, who am I to say they look like plums?
