Am I missing something

I've just looked at my purchase history this season & have noticed that I have received no loyalty points for the derby, middlesboro & reading matches yet received 20 points for the home matches against Liverpool & Sunderland.

Am I missing something but shouldn't fans that follow the Albion all over the country receive more loyalty points than fans that attend high profile home games.

I know the club makes no money from away matches but I received 10 loyalty points for the matches at Pompey, millwall,Leicester & ipswich so I am a bit baffled about no points for these long journeys.

ANY IDEAS

You get 10 points for each away game and 20 for home cup games. You won't have received your Middlesbrough or Reading points yet despite having bought the tickets.

I said that it was a strange system as soon as the Loyalty points email was sent. 10 points for Birmingham and Borough weird really.

So where are my points for the derby match that was played over a week ago.

All 80 of mine are on there, have been since about 5 mins after getting Cov away tickets.
