It's the off season, what threads would you like to see started? Most of the ones his transfer inspires are about who's next, we can see why he came to us, it makes sense to leave a team relegated to league two to join one heading into the championship.
Murray's move to palace has so many aspects to it: worse ground, seemingly going to relegation strugglers, crossing the divide, the best player from either side to do so, and he appears to be going against footballing pluses. It shows the clubs attitude to negotiating and not being held to ransom and/or it there's the aspect of willingly letting one of the best players from last season, and the clubs top scorer without making much of a fight of it (at least publicly) and what such an attitude means (budget too small, even better player coming in, etc.).
If Hoskins had joined in January you can bet there would have been lots of threads, various people deciding to start their own threads to comment on his performance, some latching onto the positives, some latching on to the negatives (this is nsc). There just isn't much to discuss about him at the moment.
