Several smilies are named after posters. Smilies that people perhaps wouldn't want named after them. However, there's nothing wrong with that. Starting a thread about someone, on the other hand...
Gosh, some people take things far too seriously on this forum. I think all of the named smilies are perfectly well earnt, with the possible exception of Mendoza. But you don't see him complaining about it, do you...
So, I'm taking it too seriously for pointing out icons can be named after posters, but threads can't be started.
If I started a thread about someone and got banned, could I argue the mods are taking this place too seriously?
They probably couldn't squeeze "juvenileattentionseekingbellend" into the description.
There's nothing more to see now, move on.
I am not bothered infact I am honoured and consider it a great compliment to be referred to as :US:
amongst other things on here
Here you go Unc, if Albion were a pair of UNDERCRACKERS, this complete simpleton would be the biggest skidmark on them, which is why he has this perfect smiley of his own:
:dasreich:
The perfect smiley for such a cerebally-disabled toss piece.
Looks like someone (mod) doesn't like you.
Surprised I don't have one named after me.
No, because the mods are the law, and can do what they want. When we, as posters, signed up to the forum, there's a set of rules that we have to sign up to. The mods don't.
And that, my dear chap, is because this is not a democracy.
We signed up, as it happens, as ordinary members of NSC. Mainly back in the mists of internet time. Our potential as jack-booted deniers of freedom of speech was noticed and the rest is history. As indeed are any dissenters from our totalitarian regime.
Wouldn't want us to bring up another certain thread, would you? One that is SOMEHOW not in NSC Gold...
