Altercation in our end yesterday

I was a left-sider yesterday at Orient.

Just before kick-off ...two middle-aged albion fans started shouting
at each other and I thought it was going to end in a fist-fight, Then
another middle-aged guy got involved.....it all was a bit unsavoury.

they looked like typical D/E block withdean south stand peeps,
where I seem to recall one of them from....

Does anyone know what happened here?

Was just in front of us if it's the incident I'm thinking of. Couldn't quite hear what was being said but the bloke with the beard was well vexed.

The talk around us was that it was all over support or otherwise of Forster.

As an E Blocker I have to disagree with you that this is a typical image. However there are a few like this and it did make me laugh.

I think that on the whole, a typical D/E Blocker will be male, aged between 35 and 55, has something missing in his life, but can't quite identify it and uses the Albion as an excuse to rage against the world. I am nothing like that though. I am aged between 35 and 55, male... hey! hang on a minute!!

I am interested to know what are the typical characteristics of other block residents?
