Not sure why “Albioooonn” gets such bad press, it’s by far our loudest chant and makes our presence felt, it’d be louder if a few weren’t so ‘up themselves’ about it and joined in. The players know who it’s for, the opposing fans know who it’s for, it’s idiot proof. Anyhoo as it’s based on Nirvana’s In Bloom there’s even an Albion link!

Feel free to put words to the 17 minute version of Yes’ Close To The Edge or the entire score of HMS Pinnefore, and then ask for approval on here. You’ll find it’s an exercise in futility.

If you want a song to catch on just song it with a few mates, on the train, in the pub, in the concourse and ultimately in the stands, if it’s any good it’ll catch on, if it doesn’t it’s probably because it’s shite.
