Disappointing.

I was really hoping his fat, corrupt, avaricious paws would be all over a whole bunch of over priced deals before quitting and leaving them with an enormous wage bill and empty coffers.

Meopham, Kent.
This is fantastic news. They just were NOT going down with him in charge. Now, it's game on, they have a cracking record at terrible appointments.

David Moyes, pleeeeeeaaasee.

Having lived and worked in Sunderland and Bolton, and now Croydon, presumably he's looking to find somewhere a bit safer, with smarter neighbourhoods and trendy city centres to spend his money.
Beirut? Baghdad? Aleppo?

Bring back Pardew.
Or give the ex-physio from Southampton a couple of months so that we have a chance to keep up with Croydon next season.

Paul Ince will be applying as we speak.

Paul Ince will have draft applications for all 92 jobs ready to go in his email, he just finds the right one and sends it as soon as Sky Sports announce a resignation.

Croydon Advertising, SSN and BBS reporting it, but the pompous BBC won't - no doubt going by the true journalistic tradition of only report if from TWO reliable sources.

If true, a kick in the teeth for CP. Their fans assumed that the PL expert was with them for years to come. Plenty of PL and Championship with larger budgets and richer owners than them, so it's understandable if he doesnt want to waste a huge chunk of his career there.

Lots of the more grown up websites aren't reporting it
