This, and I think that’s why he will stick around as he knows GP won’t make him defend for 90 minutes. GP said his best position is further up the pitch let’s hope we play him there as the lad has goals in him.
I also agree. Fingers crossed.

We have to get rid. He just isn't good enough.

I meant based on all the stuff I'd read in the last week, not this particular article.Really ?
What about the line
“ Jahanbakhsh also confirmed that he has some teams in the Netherlands and a team in Germany are ‘serious’ about signing a contract with him.”
Seems to me it’s far from certain he’s staying, just I’ve covered all bases set of replies by a model professional as AJ is...
Absolutely nothing concrete either way.
Strongly disagree with this statement, he simply does not fit into our style at the moment.
I really, really hope we can utilise him more this season, because there is a very good player with bags of untapped potential at present.
Not sure I agree played really well against City at Wembley big reason why they didn’t score 4-5 all about opinions though. He was absolutely gash for the first season but looked alright at times last time out. Obviously scoring a couple of great goals will instill confidence but I reckon this is the season he either shits or gets off the pot.

on a different note I was thinking last night are most of the PL teams apart from the big boys obviously already beaten by City before the whistle blows as in a mental thing. They looked a bit ordinary last night as Lyon didn’t sit back and let them dictate play like PL teams seem to do. We always look beaten before kick off.Plus the obvious game plan was 'win with a set piece' of which he won more than his fair share and in a VAR world would have get them down to 10 men (not that would have helped much)

It seems obvious Potter is not interested in him. But we gave him a long, well paid, contract and there's a suspicion, for me, that he's happy to train hard, not play, take his salary.
Bit of a mis-step also to assume Premier League goal of the season!

For that analogy to work GP has to give him access to the pot in the first place.
"In fact, the initiative came more from them. They asked if it would be an option for us. His perspective has diminished a lot. We talked about it a while ago, but at the moment it is not an option."
Doesn't that sound like they don't really want him?
