Alien worlds could be full of super-intelligent dinosaurs

TBH life on other planets could be utterly and completely different from Earths due to the huge amount of minor mutations and subsequent divergance of all types of life. Strangely, it could be that life on other planets could even eventually end up looking broadly similar to that which already exists on Earth, as these might be the optimium forms for a balanced flora and fauna.
