LOL. Probably two required.
Pröpper at Selhurst gave probably the best holding midfield performance of any Albion player this season, or last.
I like Stephens, though, and don't think it is an easy call.

To late for that. My Boca supporting Argie mate who I sort of know has a season ticket there. Already told me he’s shit will fail in the PL as to lightweight and we will be desperately getting him off the wage bill within a week of signing. That all I need to know he’s shithouse

I think Popper is brilliant (and probably our best player) when we’ve got the ball. It’s also true that he helps us in this regard (ie keeping the ball).
However, when we don’t have as much of the ball as we had at Palace, Stephens is extremely important, as our only defensively-minded midfielder. I’d play them both. It’s a hard one though, as I also think we need Alzate in the team!

That is a very exciting looking line up but I wonder if we might be a bit exposed defensively? If we did start like that the bench would look something like this:-
AJ
Murray
Mooy
Gross
Duffy
Stephens
No pace on the bench and relying only on AJ to be the impact player. I think we need a March/Trosaard/Maupay type to come on when we behind. I think Mooy will feature somewhere most games.

With everyone fit, my current 11 would be;
Subs Button; Webster; Alzate, Mooy, Mac Allister; Connolly, Murray
No places for March, Bissouma or Burn but all three have places in our squad for sure. Lamptey might be brilliant, but he's one to get into the team this season and see how he gets on. Schelotto is the only player I can think of who we don't need any more, probably Kayal as well.
Good luck sorting out the squad after the summer window!

Reasonable but I would swap Propper for Stephens as holding midfield and play Propper instead of Alazate putting the latter on the bench instead of Stephens.
Well we'll definitely be starting Murray, so only 10 more places to fill.
