Mac Allister joined us in the January 2019 transfer window. It's incredible to look back at the players that joined us immediately before, and during, the 2018-19 season...

When you have just been promoted and your squad lacks players capable of keeping the club in the PL you go out an buy anyone you think might be an upgrade and who is willing to join a team that will be fighting relegation all season. When Forest got promoted last year they signed 27 players spending something like £170million and brought in another few on loan - and they barely survived this season. In five years time it is very unlikely any of them will be at Forest (even if they get relegated next season which is a distinct possibility)

Without putting any effort into the maths, I'm still gonna say the class of 2018/19 made a decent amount of cash.

Any chance we could have a list of longest serving Brighton players in the current squad like we do with RDZ in managers? Feels like it’d be fascinating but I’m way too lazy to do the hard work.

Guess the longest serving player from the Aston Villa line up ? Might not be who you think …

You’d have got long odds on Steele being the last man standing

Most of the best ones have left already, and the transfer window hasn't even opened yet!

Clearly the algorithm was still in need of a fair bit of tweaking at this stage.

I wonder what changed? I presume it’s the analysis which is key, as the data must be available to others. I think the club have said this. I also presume Bloom/Starlizard analyse the data? Did Bloom get better? Did the club bring in a better analyst?
