If Naylor has got this info from the club, I would be confident the deal is already done and this is his 'scoop' a couple of hours before an official announcement.

Naylor is very careful these days about what he actually reports on and likes to check things with sources before he reports.

My thoughts exactly.. Never really comments unless factually happening

I'd like to think at 23 he wants to play regular football week in week out. Therefore QPR would be our main competition for his services. He can go to burnley or swansea for more money but it would also mean moving a fair distance away from home. I'm hopeful.

One note to make is that a front 3 of Pritchard behind Murray / Hemed isn't exactly quick. Who will go past defenders?
Will be interesting to see where the pace comes from and how they all fit together. Although Pritchard's balls into the box for Murray and Hemed will be tasty.

I would expect the speed to come from wide into the box for Hemed/Murray with Pritchard/Baldock backing up.

That's about it, yes.

NSC tradition dictates that should he sign, somebody on here will have written him off as 'not good enough' by the end of the day.

This would be an amazing signing, really amazing.

And just imagine if Solly March recovers and gets back to where he was prior to the injury! Knockaert, Pritchard and March with Kayal and Stephens behind is an automatic promotion midfield.

People start moaning as Barber announces that to fund the move it's going to cost £20 for a half time piss.

You missed out BG blaming not signing Matt Derbyshire as the reason we didn't go up. As well as him scoring one goal against us as proving the point that we should have signed the 8 gls in 35 hitman
