It was just a preventative purchase, says a lot about a player if they go for money knowing they will play less.

Well just looked at BBC travel, and all access to East Anglia is in lockdown, apparently everybody is pointing (with their six digits ) at a strange flying machine in sky :lolol:

Norwood is a neat and tidy central midfielder. Very different to Pritchard who is a number 10. I don't believe Norwood would be our fall back option.

Looks like Norwood plays a role similar to DS, even has the number 6 shirt just scores less goals. It SOUNDS like a replacement that just scores less, so thank goodness we're partnering that signing with a club record signing of an exciting attacker.....

Buying and selling footballers is basically the same as buying and selling houses. All the offers and promises are worthless until the contracts are actually signed. Anyone can nip in with a better offer until that happens. Football agent same as estate agent - go for every last penny you can squeeze. It's immoral but it's not illegal. For me, if the guy is having his head turned by money alone, he's not worth having.

On this day last year, we announced the wonderful signing of club legend, Bobby Zamora. How our emotions have changed! Today will see the announcement of Calleri to West Ham and Pritchard to Norwich. As the transfer merry-go-round reaches full speed, I now fear for the Albion future of Knockeart, Dunk, Stephens & Kayal. If only we'd lost 0-2 to Boro instead of 0-3. What a kick in the balls.

Norwich fans dont seem keen on this signing as they apparently have about 6 players for that position and need an out and out striker, they seem to see it as proof of an inexperienced manager and poor recruitment department.
Unlikely to be much gloating luckily, Pilchard wont exactly be walking into an encouraging atmosphere.

I wonder if the club have a list of agents that they will now refuse to deal with,I imagine ,like estate agents the vast majority are absolute shysters, surely there has to be the odd agent out there that does things the right way?
