Not entirely sure it can ever get more surreal than Ann Widdecombe presenting Cleverdicks. That is wrong on so many levels.

She had a great career as a footballer, she I believe did some proper studying into journalism (you wouldn't see Shearer do that), she can dance and is obviously very hard working - but my, she grates. A case of ok in small doses, personally imo, no offense to her.

Degree in Professional Sports Writing and Broadcasting…….agree about the grating at times though (like a lot of presenters TBF). Also getting a bit over-exposed now.

Alec Scott has been awarded for her fantastic presenting skills with a big new quiz show on BBC2. The Tournament has been described as the most exciting new quiz show of the decade and seems destined for prime time, judge for yourself on BBC2 at 2:15pm weekdays.

The lovely Alec is certainly shining on Children In Need tonight. An absolute national treasure.

Now, hurry up and crack on with Aston Villa's Most Famous Supporter before I have to fill in there as well. No one wants to see that.

As a football pundit, I like her but she seems to be on every day these days.
Just trying to figure out which minority group has been missed on Children in need.

As a creepy old man, I'd happily pay a tenner for a pint of her used bathwater.

There, I said it.

Crodo is still asleep in his armchair after a surfeit of port and After Eights, so it falls on me to commend Alec on a truly memorable performance on The Wheel last night. It's difficult to shine when you're up against talent like Danny Dyer and Tameka Empson but somehow she pulled it off.

And McIntyre was as funny as ever.

A true festive treat.
