In your opinion.
There have been threads about guilty pleasures, but Costello or Petty don't really qualify.
I have seen TP several times as support or festival featured, and hated almost every time. For DTT I actually went to see him. Then he went back to appalling - exception being 'Running Down A Dream'. A momentary flash of brilliance there.
