I know there's different facets to being a keeper but when it comes to shot-stopping I reckon it's a dead heat between Stockdale and FDM. I don't think I've ever seen finer shot-stoppers than those two playing for us.

I reckon Eric Steele was maybe the best ever shot stopper. (And Groucho Marx impressionist)The trouble was he hated leaving his line.

Probably the Pig in that first season as well.

Moseley was hit and miss, too inconsistent but was here for ages.

It's a close call but Peter Grummitt was the best I've seen.

did you know that John Phillips the old Chelsea keeper,played only once for the Albion

a boxing day win over palace at the Goldstone

I guess he thought it doesn't get much better than this and ****ed off :lol:

For me John Keeley, most important Mark Beeney, arguably he saved us, favourite Perry.

Having said that FDM pretty impressive
