One thing I notice is that many of the other clubs have a History section under the Club heading, but not Albion. Not particularly a must item I agree, but sometimes being able to get some background and past info. is useful.

I don't bother using it either, and because of that I nearly missed out.

Did not know they had gone on general sale, and only got one of the last ones last night around 8.15.

Shame it's not my season ticket seat.:(

Have the club noticed a downturn in traffic? Or flip side has there been a noticeable increase in visitors here since the site was changed Bozza

NSC has gradually got busier, but I put that down to the club just expanding generally.

I'm not aware of any traffic stats for the official site, but it's clear the club are aware at the widespread dissatisfaction.

The official site is horrible.

I open it to get to Seagulls Player, then close it immediately the Player website loads on a new tab. Needs looking at.

Complete eyesore.
Dreadful to navigate.
Poorly constructed.
Uninformative.
In attempting to improve the style, it has now got No style and worse still, No content.
It's gone from information 'pop-up tastic' overload, to 'nothing to see here'
All in all a horrible experience and one that i no longer bookmark for use......
FAIL !!!!

What he said (and well)
