Could have been worse:

Leeds beaten at home by little-club Doncaster, in local Derby.

Forest score all three goals away at lowly Swindon, only problem - two were own goals!

Brandon vs Hart - Andy Ritchie on Radio Leeds said "without yet seeing the recording, didn't seem to him a red card incident, yellows would have done - Brighton have said they will give him a DVD of the match to take away"

Maybe will be appealled?

Although it was undoubtedly stupid and unnecessary, I didn't actually see any contact between the two that warranted a red card. Yes, they squared up to each other, and yes, they put their heads together, but I don't think either lashed out in order to deserve a red.

Good - hope it is all on tape, then.

Except R.M.T. will have to think up another unseen incident to have a go at Garry!

Brighton
Wilkins & Ritchie have both said we all need to put our hands up about the 'field goal.

When can we take them down?

Also, one thing I noticed about their goal, which may be rubbish but might be interesting, is that before their player hit the shot Richards ran back towards our own goal. I'd have to see it again, but I got the impression that he totally blocked Michel's view of it. Ok, it was a fantastic strike, and it probably couldn't have been saved anyway, but I did wonder what the hell Richards was playing at.

Also, to all those who say Richards wasn't great today, well, perhaps it wasn't his most magnificent game, but he was in a different class to ANYONE we've forced into playing at left-back recently. Just be thankful he's here.

That's another great point... WHY THE f*** DO WE DO THAT THING WHERE RICHARDS RUNS BACK TO THE GOAL LINE?! THERE ARE NO ADVANTAGES TO IT, ALL HE DID WAS OBSTRUCT KUIPERS' VIEW!

I thought as a game it was pretty poor quality, but as agame for chances, it was great....

from a Town perspective, I thought they played well in patches and looked far better with 15 minutes to go and created more "scorable "chances than Brighton. Jevons back heel was absolute class and if on target Kuips was nowhere near it. The free kick was prossibly the best one I have seen at Withdean... the defence looked shaky but to be honest, when the game resorts to hoofs upfield, defenders are in their element.

From a brighton perspective, I thought we missed a few decent chances, cox is NOT a left winger!!!!!.....Thomson looked decent, but we missed creativity. was impressed with Elphic. Whing and Richards poor...Reid had an okish game.

Note to Wilkins - where does this hoof it in the air come from......we play 100000000000000000% better when we pass to eachother.?
