The show is currently going from strength to strength. The quality of guests has included Dick Knight, Martin Perry, Ken Brown, Ian Hart, Ian Hine etc
Whilst i appreciate it may not be everyones cup of tea, the show is independant and trys to present the fans view without being affiliated with the club. we certainly dont lick any
The guests are different every week & whilst some shows are better than others its always a good listen.

I have nothing against the show and do listen when i can/remember but starting 4 identical threads every weekend which largely get ignored (perhaps as a result of it perhaps not) does start to get pretty annoying, one updated thread would be more than enough.

it IS more than one - there is the listing of guests, the announcement that the podcast is now available, and then the announcement of a blog. and when these threads fall off the front page, the original poster bounces it back up to the top
it doesnt really bother me that much, but i can see why some people might get wound up about it
Most of the threads have a handful of replies at most. As mentioned before, it makes the show look unpopular!
Also, bouncing threads, which few are interested in, reeks of arrogance/self-importance.
One reoccurring thread would be better for everyone.

I enjoy the show when I catch it, I have a Charlton friend who envys the amount of media coverage Albion get, radio, local press, books, podcasts.
It is different to the phone in and with the listen again feature often fills an hour when I am away.

I dont think it is a sleight on the show, although I will be honest I have never heard it, it was more a suggestion that we had a separate forum for it in the same way as we have one for the REMF.

Well it was no where near 6 threads, at a maximum it's 3 if a blog has been written, but usually two.
Following up with idiots when you don't get your facts straight says something about yourself really
To make a minority on nsc happy we will reply to the original thread we post detailing who is on the show that week (for example this one) and the listen again post will be on the same thread (such as later today it will be put on this thread). The blog will be an occasionally one on its own as it is not written every week.

At the risk of stating the bleedin' obvious... why not bounce the Albion Roar thread half an hour before the show starts? That's a couple of weeks running now the thread's not even been on page one of NSC come broadcast time. Not exactly conducive to boosting audience ratings.
You have not been charged for this statement of the bleedin' obvious - tho THPP may well charge TLO a beer at his birthday bash in The Ringpiece Of Steel this very evening

It wasn't obvious in your thread so I'm not the one being a tit there really, maybe make it a bit clearer in future.
Valid feedback by some. At the end of the day when it's constructive fair enough.
To be fair the mods have no problem at all with what we do, but we took the decision for some peace and quiet
