Albion have 20 players on international duty this month, mainly friendlies although there are World Cup qualifiers being played in the CAF (Africa) region, before a number of international tournaments begin later this summer.

As far as those international tournaments are concerned:-

# UEFA EURO 2024 Finals commence on June 14
# 2024 Copa America commences on June 20
# UEFA U-19 European Championships commence on July 15 (which will probably involve Ruairi McConville)
# 2024 Olympics Football Tournament commences on July 24
The following players have been called up at senior level:-

Lewis Dunk - England
Billy Gilmour - Scotland
Pascal Gross - Germany
Deniz Undav - Germany
Andrew Moran - ROI (and their U-21s)
Yasin Ayari - Sweden (initially called up to the U-21s but promoted to the senior squad)
Abdallah Sima - Senegal
Tariq Lamptey - Ghana
Bart Verbruggen - Netherlands
Tom McGill - Canada
Simon Adingra - Ivory Coast
Jakub Moder - Poland
Julio Enciso - Paraguay
Valentin Barco - Argentina
Jeremy Sarmiento - Ecuador

Ibrahim Osman, who will shortly be joining Albion, is also in the Ghana squad.

At age level, the following players have been called up:-

Killian Cahill - ROI U-21
Andrew Moran - ROI U-21
Mark O'Mahony - ROI U-21
Benicio Baker-Boaitey - England U-20
Steven Hall - Australia U-20
Ruairi McConville - Northern Ireland U-19

I intend to post each day which players will be in action over the following 24 hours.

On Monday, the following Albion players could be in action:-

Lewis Dunk - England have a friendly against Bosnia & Herzegovina at St James' Park (the one in Newcastle, not Exeter).

Billy Gilmour - Scotland play a friendly against Gibraltar in Portugal.

Pascal Gross and Deniz Undav - Germany host a trial against Ukraine in Nuremberg.

Crazy that Barco is already a mainstay in a world cup winning squad. What a bargain.

Certainly a bargain but I'd hardly call him a mainstay of the Argentina squad. He's only been in 2 squads and has 1 cap (from the bench), hopefully the first of many.

He has been called up for the friendlies before the Copa America. They've got to drop 3 players from the current squad before the Copa squad is announced. He could easily still end up in the U23s for the Olympic games (hopefully he'll make the Copa squad as he'll miss most of pre-season if he goes to the Olympics).

Nagelsmann confirmed Gross will start the game against Ukraine tonight.

Big game for him, unlikely to break into the first eleven but a good performance could of course lead to more game time in the Euros.

I have updated the opening post as both the Irish FA and the FA of Ireland have announced squads today.

Billy Gilmour starts for Scotland.

17 minutes in, and the plucky Scots are holding Gibraltar to a goalless stalemate.

Edit: 31 minutes in, and the Scots STILL level. Hats off.

In fairness Gibraltar are particularly strong at the moment and have half a number of players not based in Gibraltar at clubs such as Wealdstone, King's Lynn Town and Telford United.

These aren't the players you're looking for.

I don't want to be a typical Brighton fan with a huge chip on my shoulder, but why do Google not have an image of Dunk to use in their graphics?
