Is this club ever going to give the season ticket holders any incentive - others people seem to get free travel reduced tickets and i know of a junior seagull that has had 4 tickets for 3 matches all for free - lovely and i get too pay more for everything i want from the club - Great Work by the club (not)

You give STH's a bad name. No one forces you to buy one, yet there is the incessant 'look at poor me' whining every time the club does anything for anyone other than you. The hysterical reaction by some STH's to the Shrewsbury match is evidence of this, and no doubt if the club does anything for St Dunstans or a children's charity you will be complaining that you are being ignored yet again in favour of someone/thing who doesn't pay up for a ST.

If the club arranged for the players to sing Christmas Carols outside your house on Christmas Eve you would doubtless complain that you preferred 'Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer' to Glenn Murrray's version of Away in a Manger. If the club arranged a draw for a STH to give a non-STH a Golden Shower at half time for being a bad fan and you won the prize you would whine that your bladder was weak and you couldn't give a good watersports exhibition.

Please shut up you tedious, boring old tosser, you are really getting on my tits. This is a football forum, not the Daily Express readers letters page full of bitter twisted curtain twitching no-marks.

As you said - this is a football forum and forums are designed for everyone to voice their opinion - just because yours is different or you don't agree dosen't make either wrong - there really is no need to slag people off in such a manner

Beyond all the benefits that season ticket holders do get, I always find it rather annoying when we're told it's unfair on them for the club to reduce ticket prices.

It's unfair on me that the TV I bought in comet 4 months ago is now £50 cheaper, but that hasn't stopped them reducing the price.

It's unfair on me that the laptop I bought a few weeks ago will likely be cheaper in the january sales, but that's not going to stop PC world putting it on sale.

Prices change in the ever changing market place. When you buy a season ticket you're guaranteeing yourself a seat at every league game. You are also taking a risk on how much value you get on the tickets alone (ignoring the discounts and benefits associated with it, which offset that risk by giving you the additional positives).

No one forces people to buy a season ticket, and in doing so they should accept that along with the benefits of preferential ticket ordering, discounts in the club shop, donatellos, and whatever other sponsors do deals, as well as the two dvds, that there may be occasional games where tickets cost less than what the season ticket works out for per game.

It beggars belief that people would complain about this. The only thing to complain about is if you think they should have dropped it more. The price cuts are NOMINAL to say the least and your season ticket is still MUCH less on a game by game basis. Get a grip.

:lolol: Not that I disagree with everything you post, but on the Argus site and here you've made an act out of it.
