For those of you who aren't aware, Latest TV is a local TV station in Brighton, for Brightonians.

A friend of mine that lives in Brighton but comes from Liverpool has just asked me about this thread, he is a Liverpool fan but has a soft spot for our team.
He isn't a NSC member but says Jimmy Case is a proper BHA legend.

He is a bit confused as the thread says latest TV is for Brightonians and he is a Scouser, can he still watch?
