ALBION LEGENDS CHARITY GAME

ONE GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER

Back in July Bob Laundon, the manager of Seaford Town Football Club, was looking forward to becoming a grandfather for the first time. His daughter Cally was due to give birth at the end of October.

However, she suddenly went into labour over 3 months early and baby Maddison was born weighing just over one lb on 25 July. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of St Peters Hospital in Chertsey she has survived and is now in Worthing Hospital (nearer to Mum & Dad) weighing in at a hefty 4lbs!

Bob, together with his good friend Albion coach Bob Booker, want to do something to say a huge thank you to the hospital and have therefore arranged a charity football match to raise money for the unit.

Please come along for a great afternoon of football and help raise money for a wonderful cause.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Six of them played integral parts (on the pitch) to elevate us from the arse end of the fourth division and gave us some pride and joy after years and years of neglect, lost battles and disgraceful football. Beating the likes of West Ham at Upton Park were mere pipe dreams back in the late 90s. I would say they were legendary in my eyes.

Ps Are Gully's Girls on the bouncy castle?

Don't nit-pick over legends or not; the whole idea is to raise funds for a good cause!!!

These games are really exciting NOT.
I would rather give Seaford £4 and bugger off to the pub than stand around watching a load of past it players joke about on a Sunday afternoon legends or not.

I actually didn't see John Byrne's name. Not that I saw him play, but going on reputation I wouldn't have made that comment if I had noticed he was involved. The rest aren't legends though. No way, not even close.

You never saw John Byrne play? I feel sorry for you, he is quite simply the most skillful and gracious player ever to don the stripes.

If you haven't seen John Byrne play then you haven't seen John Keeley either - if you had you would really appreciate a great goalkeeper.

Gully's Girls and a bouncy castle

GULLY'S GIRLS AND A BOUNCY CASTLE!!!

As long as they can keep Tank off it, I would happily pay £20 for a 5 minute bounce on the castle with a selection of Gully's Girls!

SUNNY SEAFORD
Albion 1-0 down at half time. A certain barrel-stomached, bald-headed bloke is playing at right back.
