Connolly aside, can you think of many over the years in the stripes? I certainly can't.

All I've got is Ashley Barnes as a definite, maybe Glenn Murray?

Paul Brooker went down a lot but that was mostly due to his 4'11", 8st stature...

Connolly's antics does rather negate our finger pointing at the SEGW.

Knockaert was no stranger to the floor.

Despite being harder than calculus, El Abd used to go down easy. He was a face-clutcher as well.

The one defenders all hated was a classy tumbler, our Lord, Peter Ward.

Adam El Abd, several times I thought he was mortally wounded the way he went down

Always thought Lualua used to go down a bit too easy for being a stocky lad.

Connolly seems to have a very heavy head. His neck muscles can withstand the general workload, but once his equilibrium is shaken, the weight of the bonce sends his entirety floorwards.

Murray, Knockaert and El-Abd all did it but the difference is, they made it believable.

If you're going to throw yourself on the floor at every touch, at least learn to make it look like a foul.. Grealish does this very well, he knows when the contact is coming and will step into the challenge and win the free kick.
