The number of runs is no doubt due to him being a wide runner. Historically there was always a pretty fair 50/50 split between railers and wide runners. Nowadays wide runners are hard to come by so the racing manager can't wait to use them. Must be in the breeding I guess with most top sires recently throwing railers.
An exception of course is the middle to wide running Westmead Hawk who has passed his wide-running genes on to Benny.
