Get your jimmy choos on just in case. Looks a tough race once again. Unfortunately i've been in hospital for a couple of days so wont be there, but will definately be looking out for the result. Go on Benny, show em who's boss!
Can someone who knows more about racing than me explain why the winner only gets £84 when in an bags meeting its normally around £120 ???

just been looking at the form on the corals website advance runners card and i would say that trap 3 and trap 5 are the real big opposition to Benny. Definatley a 3-5-6 always tricast for me!!!

Hi M8 seems trophy races always have a reduced winning pot, I assume the difference is to cover cost of trophy.

The BAGS money is made up from the contribution all bettings shops make to pay for the race being shown to the afternoon betting shop punters, so it's a much bigger prize than the Thursday or Saturday night racing. This race is being sponsored so that covers the cost of the trophy for the first place. Hope that helps.

Hope you're feeling much better mate

This has got to be the week for
THE WIN DOUBLE
to come good

Albion Flyer to win the 8.02 and The Albion to beat Carlisle

I suppose popping WBA in to beat Birmingham at lunchtime would just be greedy?

Unfortunately I cannot make it - enjoy the night and fingers crossed he'll do the biz. I see his sectional was 04.22 on Sunday which is pretty good and Gary reckoned he hit the lids trying to break too quick, another fast start and I reckon he'll go close.

PS - I have an owners pass if any of you guys want it? I could drop it to Nigel's on Saturday during the day.

Good chance I'll be home most of the morning, if you want to drop it in.
My itinerary is HOME - PUB - WITHDEAN - PUB - DOGS - PUB - HOME
so I'll be fairly easy to find

Trigger, let me know where we can meet to "pass" it on to you?

I'm just off to work now, I finish at 6 so will head straight to Hove, should be there by 7 if you fancy a swift half in the Hove Park Tavern before heading up for the first race?... I'll text you later on!

Nigel - I'll text you now and drop the pass round in a bit.

Trigger - Nigel will have it for you.

Tipped in the Racing Post I see!

I am already going on Sunday so won't make it tomorrow.

Never bet on THE Albion but might have little wager with Benny, WBA, Stirling Albion and Albion Rovers.

BHA WON
The Flyer - WON
WBA - WON
Albion Rovers - WON
Stirling Albion - LOST but were 3-1 up with 10 minutes to go :(

Could have won £109 for a £1 bet
