Good to see some improvements on this front. Would still like to see more Albion presence in town - murals, billboards, bunting, whatever it might be. Make it known to visitors that the city prides itself on its football club and vice versa. I appreciate we’ll never reach Napoli levels but the club should be felt throughout Brighton and Hove. It’ll only help cement the support of future generations, and, as a bonus, will probably piss off a few plastic glory hunters round these parts too.
It would be great if they could do something on that horrible grey brown coloured bridge that connects the uni's across the Lewes Road. I can see how logistically it may be difficult though!Good to see some improvements on this front. give some little erks a few rattle cans of blue and white and get them to graffiti it. Council will do f all about it and club won’t get prosecuted. The power of seagulls emblems throughout the town/s folks is in the hands of the artists. It would be great if they could do something on that horrible grey brown coloured bridge that connects the uni's across the Lewes Road. Very much so, it seems the artist just don't seem to be Brighton fans. Remember when a massive one of Marcus Rashford appeared, in a United shirt, made me wonder why no one has gone to the effort with a Brighton player.give some little erks a few rattle cans of blue and white and get them to graffiti it. Yes they were. It's nice that they are still up. Hopefully they cannot afford to take them down.Weren't the banners put up when we were still playing in Europa games?
Maybe it looks much worse in the flesh (I may have seen it myself, can't remember), but I actually quite like that bridge.I was thinking something a bit nicer than BHAFC scrawled across it in uneven lettering. This is the bridge, it would look good with the club badge in the middle and Sussex By The Sea written. Or even some of the bunting they put along Western Road. I think they put that up for the Europa matches, they'll prob be gone at the end of the season.

I can't got out without seeing the badge on some item of clothing somewhere. It's great, hats, coats, hoodies, kids in their shirts, it is an everyday occurrence at the moment and I love it!I’m always surprised at the amount of people wearing Albion gear around town.
think you’re a bit dismissive of some of the street artists. I hate the general tacky scrawl that’s frequently seen, but there are also some unbelievably talented artists as well. Anyhow doubt it will stay looking like it does now for long once all the ‘taggers’ get hold of it and the concretes gets a nice shitty smog tinge to itI was thinking something a bit nicer than BHAFC scrawled across it in uneven lettering. It looks dull, imposing and boring when I go along Lewes Road and see it. The shape is nice though!Maybe it looks much worse in the flesh (I may have seen it myself, can't remember), but I actually quite like that bridge.
I'm not at all. I'm saying that it needs a street artist to do it, rather than some 'erks' with spray cans that just scrawl BHAFC across it. It needs the people who do the 'Dogma' stuff to do it.think you’re a bit dismissive of some of the street artists. or they could just paint the whole bridge blue and whiteI was thinking something a bit nicer than BHAFC scrawled across it in uneven lettering.
