From Bill Archer "buying" the club for £56.25 in the 90's, to being 21st in a global rich list today. It's quite astonishing, really.
That's the benefit of profiteering.
Apparently.

Personally I'm delighted.
But it is of course* highly coloured by the quarter of a billion earned in player sales.
Not yet time for free season tickets for the over 65s (which would suit me hugely, to be fair).

*Maybe, maybe not....

Interesting that list doesn't include revenue from player trading.
Presumably we would jump up a place or two with that included.
Isn't that part of 'commercial'?

Yorkie is filth chocolate and not helping your waistline. It's just PBOBE trying to give you a helping hand with a health tax.

Incidentally, don't know if it's true, but I heard that FILTH is a City acronym for Failed In London Try Hong Kong.

It goes back a long way. There’s an excellent trilogy by Jane Gardam about a retired colonial judge who spent many years in HK. The first book is called Old Filth.

That's honestly remarkable when you stop and think about it. Above storied European giants like Napoli and Benfica.

From a city of 250,000 people and a stadium of 30k capacity.

I know it's because of Premier League money, but still we're the highest of the middle group of PL clubs (discounting West Ham, who have a 60k stadium that costs them tuppence and a few bubbles a year). From the Withdean to this.
