He's alright. The good thing is we now have some depth - when the sub board goes up, you feel like it's someone who might make a difference - and that'll be the same if any of the current first XI are on the bench.

I like him a lot. He has a good touch, is quick, can go past people and deliver a nice ball. He's very young and so is a good prospect.

Look McGhee is a hero after getting promotion in his first season but some people need to extract their tongues from his backside.

His substitutions and tactics over the 2 home games have been " excentric " to say the least.

We need to keep him on his toes.

Also his bleating in the programme notes didn't cut any ice with me. I thought it made him look a bit like a spoilt child.

It was one of his least effective games for us - and I'm a big fan of his. He was perhaps concerned about his defensive chores. Didn't quite get the decisions right about when to stay forward or backtrack - Currie showed him the way there. But that's experience - Jarrett will be a much better player in a year or two.

Jonah has done nothing wrong for us and deserves to get on at some point.

LI - your comments on all things football related are null and void.

Unfortunately not yesterday as there was nothing or nobody on the bench would could IMROVE the side playing.

This will happen when Leon an Chippy are back.

I stand by my comments.

Hell even I could put in the odd good performance in my playing days.

I do not know you but it is my impression that your knowledge of football and tactics is about the same as Bernard Mannings on diets.

I've been impressed with Jarrett, but I think if McGhee is going to take him off around the 50-60 minute mark I'd rather see him as a sub coming on to have a go at defenders who are that far into the game.

I wonder how other teams would fare against bopth JR and AJ coming obn for the last 20/30 minutes when they are getting tired especially now that it is still hot.

Maybe improve was the wrong word. But there's no-one on the bench who will let the side down, and we have variety.

Jonesy for instance is a different type of player to Jarrett and sometimes that may change things.

Looked good when he got the ball but it was very rare that he did. Understand why McGhee took him off as he just wasn't in the game in the second half.
