Been rumours about Reading and Cullip for ages. Haven't heard the latest one though.

Christ, why does everything have to happen at the same time - Knight, Kanchelskis, Cullip...

There's never a dull moment with Brighton is there?

Just think some clubs scarcely have any exciting transfer news...it would be nice if just occasionally we were the ones fighting to sign a player though

Here's a thought for Dick Knight...

"HE'S HAD A BID TURNED DOWN FOR SOME CHELSEA DEFENDER"

Maybe we should learn from this strategy and turn down any approach from Reading. The story could then read...

"HE'S HAD A BID TURNED DOWN FOR SOME BRIGHTON DEFENDER"

What a bad day!

Wouldn't worry at all to be honest. I reckon its all hot air.

Pardew commentated on your game with QPR yesterday for 5Live, and said that he'd looked at Cullip in the past. That's it.

Take with very large blocks of sodium chloride.

Probably comes from Pardew saying on 5 Live last night that Cullip was certainly worthy of higher divison football.

Which would mean Division 1 not the Premier which Reading are now building towards.

Didn't Cullip sign a new long contract last year. In which case, before Reading even can think aout signing him they can also think about coughing up a nice big transfer fee.

Seems to me everyone is just in a panic because we lost Sidwell before. Cullip and Knight are different cases, so we may not lose out this time.
