If you have a ticket keep an eye out for an email requesting completion of a travel form (same as for Marseille).

Just posting as I know sometimes emails go to junk.

You can just reload it and complete it more than once - they send you a blank form (rather than ‘your’ form)

I booked my son’s ticket but he’s got his own email for this.

You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.

Likewise……and when I log in with my microsoft account, it says I don’t have permission to complete the form

Yes, me and some of my group having this issue too. Have tried on phone and laptop.

I was able to see the form when I first opened the email. When I went back to it this evening I get the same Microsoft sign in issue

Sounds like the club have the settings for the form incorrect. Usually you don’t have to log in for forms like that (certainly didn’t for Marseille form)

I managed to complete the form luckily, and this is the message that appeared once I did.
