The F&F would have to be in the same tier. You couldn't buy for someone in a lower tier today if you are tier 1.

Last season Brentford didn't get beyond the first window, Fulham sold out by 9.10 of tier 2 including restricted view and the shite tickets at the back of the Arfur were all that were left for Palace when T2 opened up - again hoovered up despite being like looking through an envelope.
