Obviously it's got a medical name, but do you ever suffer from the condition and if so how long before you fully recover your hearing?

I am not sure if you mean something different, but I just pinch my nose and "blow" with my mouth shut to increase pressure inside my head, this forces air into your middle ear which usually sorts it for me.

Spent a lot of time there as a kid, Royal Alexandra on Dyke Rd. . my brother was born with a cod lip and cleft palate.
