Between 21st Feb 81 and 29th Jan 1984 we had a record against Liverpool of Pld 7, W3 D3 L1!!!

The FA Cup game we won 2-0 at home was live on ITV (I think)

It certainly was because I had taped it on our fancy Sony C7 Betamax VCR, and when I got home I found myself in the crowd, about three rows from the front in the West stand. Happy days!

great vids. we were certainly their bogey team in them days. Few thoughts:
1. Our goal def wasnt! . At best at least a millimetre of it was above the line which is all it takes these days.
2. Those pitches! bit of a bog even in the semi in March
3. Goalie looks even shorter than Ryan. Either that or the goals jave shrunk

I remember Gary Howlett scoring in a 2-2 unless there was another 2-2 ,or memory is fading . Was in the North Stand end .
