very good result against what has been a bit of a bogey team for us .... lived a little dangerous towards the end (no surprise there) but overall result never looked in doubt once we got the third ... some good saves by Steele showed CH and the recruitment team do know what they are doing despit all the doubters out there

onwards lets have a nice easy home tie in the next round

Not sure he's really got the hang of goal keeping though. After pulling off a save like that aren't you meant to look all angry and shouty and chest bumpy.

Duffers was directly behind him, he wasn't to know that, was a great save, but there were two to clear it. Steele did OK today.

What I liked more than anything was the balance to the side, we used some of our front side players from the WHU game, something CH seems not to do in a third round, perhaps this is intent.

If we can get a soft draw for the fourth round that sees us through we should be pretty much safe by the time of the fifth round so will be able to go all guns blazing at it.

Fantastic work Brighton and fantastic work by the fans who went. Could hear them all game long. Bournemouth were dire though, on the pitch and in the stands.
